These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of List (the “Service”), including the MCP endpoint
at /api/mcp and associated widget resources.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Salim Batlouni. Contact: info@unlokd.com.
List is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI.
2. Using the Service
- Eligibility: you must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- Acceptable use: you agree not to misuse the Service (e.g., attempt to disrupt it, probe for vulnerabilities, or use it for unlawful purposes).
- Anonymous/no-auth: the Service may be offered without authentication. If you run the Service in a way that makes it accessible over a network, you are responsible for keeping any access details you share appropriate and private.
3. Your content
- You own your content: you retain rights to content you submit (like list items and notes).
- License to operate: you grant us a limited license to host/process your content solely to provide the Service.
- Please avoid sensitive information: do not submit sensitive personal information (for example: passwords, financial account details, government IDs, or medical information).
4. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. The Service is currently provided on an “as is” basis and may be experimental.
5. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
